Dwyer PBLTX-10-60 is a submersible level transmitter designed for measurements in compatible liquids. It has a temperature range from -4 to 176°F (-20 to 80°C) and an accuracy of ±0.25% FS. It operates on a power requirement of 10 to 30 VDC and has a response time of 50 msec. The transmitter is enclosed in an IP68 rated housing and has a wire pigtail electrical connection. The output signal is 4 to 20 mA DC. The transmitter is designed to be suspended in a tank below the level being measured. It is constructed with 316 SS and 316L SS for the body, and the cable is made of either polyether polyurethane or ETFE. The seals are made of fluoroelastomer. The transmitter has a pressure limit of 2X FS and a thermal effect of ±0.02% FS/°F. It offers lightning and surge protection for the PBLT2 model, while the PBLTX model does not. The loop resistance is 900 Ω. This transmitter is suitable for hazardous locations.

Features
Meet application requirements with durable cage design with large diameter 316 SS diaphragm seal that is non-clogging and damage resistant to floating solids
Increased life with lightning and surge protection utilizing dual arrestor technology, grounded to case, eliminating both power supply surges and lightning ground strike transients (surge protection is not guaranteed and is not covered by warranty) on PBLT2 models
Eliminates particulate or water droplets from entering the transducer using maintenance-free filter
Peace of mind with UL approved intrinsically safe on PBLTX models for use in hazardous locations when used with proper barrier
Decrease ownership cost with durable, 270 lb tensile strength shielded and vented cable and excellent chemical compatibility
Flexible installation options with NPT connection to rigidly install in a pipe/conduit or use a A-625 hanging loop to attach a chain to remove from the installation
Minimal downtime with standard 72 hour lead time
