Dwyer 3100MP-5-FM-1-1-LCD is an explosion-proof multiplanar differential pressure transmitter. It has a temperature range of -40 to 248°F (-40 to 120°C) for process applications and a wide range of -40 to 185°F (-40 to 85°C) for ambient applications. It offers a high accuracy of ±0.075% FS (@ 20°C) and requires a power supply of 11.9 to 45 VDC. With a fast response time of 0.12 s, it is suitable for use in hazardous locations and has an enclosure rating of NEMA 4X (IP66). The transmitter features a 4 to 20 mA /HART® communication output and is compatible with gases, steam, liquids, and vapors. It can be equipped with an optional 5-digit LCD display for easy monitoring. The wetted material is made of 316L SS, ensuring durability. It also has a wide pressure limit, with a max pressure of -14.5 to 2000 psi and a burst pressure of 10000 psi. The transmitter has a 1/4" female NPT process connection and comes with two 1/2" female NPT conduit screw terminals for easy electrical connections. The damping time is adjustable from 0.25 to 60 s, and it has a rangeability of 100:1 turndown.
