Dwyer OP-P-3 Orifice Plate Flowmeter is a highly accurate and versatile flow measurement solution. It operates in temperatures ranging from -50 to 200°F (-45 to 93°C) with an accuracy of ±0.6% full scale flow. It is compatible with both liquids and gases and can withstand a maximum pressure of 150 psi. The flowmeter features a 1/4" female NPT process connection and is available in line sizes ranging from 1/2" to 24". It incorporates 304 SS wetted material and Buna-N gaskets for reliable performance. The installation is made easy with a standard flange 125#/150# rating. It ensures minimal head loss, making it efficient with a beta ratio of 0.2-0.6. The flowmeter requires general pipe requirements of 10 diameters upstream and 5 diameters downstream.
