It is compatible with clean gases, has a 90° tiltable display, and features 316 SS and fluoroelastomer O-rings. The pressure limit is 1000 psig (68.9 bar) and it has a 1/4" compression fitting for flow rates ≤50 L/m. It has a particulate size of 5 microns and offers a repeatability of ±0.25% of FS. The leak integrity is 1 x 10-9 sccs of He.
