Dwyer OP-O-3 Orifice Plate Flowmeter is a reliable and accurate solution for measuring the flow of compatible liquids and gases. With a temperature range of -50 to 200°F (-45 to 93°C) and an accuracy of ±0.6% full scale flow, this flowmeter is suitable for a variety of applications. Its wetted material is constructed of 304 SS and Buna-N gaskets, ensuring durability. The flowmeter has a pressure limit of 150 psi and a process connection of 1/4" female NPT. It is available in line sizes ranging from 1/2" to 24", with installation using a standard flange 125#/150# rating. With a head loss calculation of 1 – Beta ratio², it provides accurate results while minimizing pressure drop. Additionally, it complies with general pipe requirements, requiring 10 diameter upstream and 5 diameter downstream space.
