Dwyer OP-Q-3 Orifice Plate Flowmeter is a versatile solution for measuring the flow of liquids and gases. With a temperature range of -50 to 200°F (-45 to 93°C) and an accuracy of ±0.6% full scale flow, this flowmeter ensures reliable and precise measurements. It features a 304 SS construction and Buna-N gaskets for compatibility with different substances. With a maximum pressure limit of 150 psi, it can handle various applications. The flowmeter is designed for easy installation with a 1/4" female NPT process connection and standard flange 125#/150# rating. The flow measurement is calculated based on the beta ratio, with an accuracy of ±0.7% for beta greater than 0.6. A 10 diameter upstream and 5 diameter downstream pipe requirement ensures optimal performance.
