Dwyer PE-Q-1 Orifice Plate Flowmeter is a reliable and accurate solution for measuring flow in clean air and compatible gases. With a temperature range of -40 to 200°F, it can handle a wide range of applications. The monolithic construction of this flowmeter ensures durability and resistance to pressure up to 150 psi. It features a 1/4" female NPT process connection and is available in line sizes ranging from 1/2" to 24". The accuracy of ±0.6% full scale flow, with an even higher accuracy of ±0.7% for Beta greater than .6, ensures precise measurements. Installation is quick and easy with the standard flange 125#/150# rating. The head loss is calculated using the Beta ratio, allowing for efficient flow measurement. Compliance with pipe requirements, including 10 diameters upstream and 5 diameters downstream, ensures optimal performance.
