Eaton M22-D-R-K01-B100 – The M22 Series from Eaton offers a host of impressive features for pushbuttons and selector switches. Field convertibility allows operators to switch from maintained to momentary status, and vice versa. Illuminated operators come with long-lasting LEDs. The heavy-duty construction provides minimum IP66 and UL NEMA® type 4X / 13 ratings, with some operators reaching IP67 and IP69K for extremely tough applications. The modular design simplifies assembly and stocking, and options like four-way pushbuttons and USB/RJ45 bulkhead interfaces offer versatility. With over 5 million mechanical and 1.6 million electrical operations, these operators are built to last. Their plastic construction ensures corrosion resistance, making them suitable for rugged environments and washdown applications. Laser engraving ensures high-quality, wear-resistant markings. Additionally, the operators have anti-rotation tabs, allowing for easy installation and preventing unwanted rotation. The direct opening action of normally closed contacts ensures reliable operation even in the event of contact weld. Some M22 operators are ASi protocol-compatible, and others feature USB and RJ45 connections, providing advanced communication capabilities.
