The Sparky Success Path
Order Sparky → Send Samples → IME Builds & Customizes → Virtual or In-Person Training → Ship & Launch
How It Works
- Step 1: Alignment Order Sparky and send IME customer box samples. RSP works with customer to lock in project timeline window.
- Step 2: Custom Engineering IME builds customer system specifically for product samples (need 100 samples) to ensure a perfect fit.
- Step 3: Certification & Training Join us (in-person or via video) to approve the system and get customer team trained.
- Step 4: Delivery & Support Sparky arrives! Launch it solo, with a remote video assist, or hire an IME pro for on-site installation.
